Ariel Merriman is a True Native Texan and has lived most of her life in Round Rock, Texas. Ariel is very family oriented and understands how important it is to find the right place to call home. Ariel Merriman has been in customer relations for over twenty years. When she changed her career to Real Estate, her experience in the customer service industry helped her to know how to navigate contracts, offers, and abide by the Code of Ethics with her real estate clients. Through Ariel’s first few years in Real Estate, she educated herself to understand the housing market in her area and became proficient in contract writing and execution. For home sellers, Ariel is very knowledgeable on making sure your home is priced right! She markets your home to get the most equity out of it by supplying the best professional photographers and even staging it herself to look it’s best! When Ariel Merriman works with her buyers, she makes sure to educate them on buying process, the market area, the school districts, etc, and then guides them to the coordinating industries to get them the best option for their offer and get them to the closing table as fast as possible. Ariel not only helps home buyers and sellers, she has a passion for helping clients who are not quite ready to purchase a home by getting them into a rental home that fits their family needs and wants. When Ariel Merriman is not caring for her clients, she loves to be with her family. Ariel loves to spend her weekends at the fields watching her son play baseball, taking her daughter to gymnastics, spending time with her husband and friends, and educating herself on the current market to better help new clients relocating to this growing area.
